RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused products within 14 days. Once we receive the returned item, PPE-ONLINE will issue a full refund.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Discounted items are not eligible for return.

PPE-ONLINE will not issue refunds for products purchased through its branch network.

Returned items must be delivered back to us unopened, unused, with an unbroken seal, not damaged, and in the same condition as received. Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund or may be subject to a restocking fee. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment; therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

Products that do not meet the return criteria will not qualify for a refund and will be disposed of appropriately.

We cannot issue a refund without receipt of the item(s) or proof of return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. However, if an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected upon return.

All orders are eligible for a refund, regardless of the country of purchase.

To initiate the return process, email info@ppe-online.co.uk with your order number (found on your order confirmation email) or call 0121 389 3410 and request a refund.

PLEASE NOTE: After contacting us, we will provide the return address. Customers are responsible for properly packaging the returned items.
